I liked this film a lot. I do see your the points about it perhaps taking itself a bit too serious, but also a truly unique film in the same vein as the films of Todd Solondz (Director of Happiness, Wiener Dog etc.). At the same time very uncomfortable, satirical, weird and impossible to predict what would happen next.
